Champagne Taittinger Brut La Française NV

This Champagne is a blend of some 30 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards, respectively 40% and 60% of the total, from several harvests of perfectly ripened grapes. With fine hints of apple and dark berry, this Champagne is rich and luxurious in flavor.

My guest and I chose the coursed menu, which gave us the opportunity to choose many items to share. The following dishes were standouts on the menu:

Each dish was unique, colorful, and very flavorful. The wine selection was amazing, including a couple of particularly great finds, and our Sommelier was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations.
